Incredibly Pumped
I am so incredibly pumped after today -!: and I just had to share with you! I ran a dynamic open house and looks like I might have a few buyer clients from it! They asked if we could work together and showing them houses this week! Hit it off big time with both couples. AND on my way home i finally worked up the courage to pop into a FSBO. It's a beautiful 1 acre property. They invited me in and we hit it off! Showed me around, have so much in common. It was just awesome. Sweetest couple. They were scared of losing too much in commission so we had a good chat and by the end she said "I may just pop in and see you" husband thanked me for popping in and said it was just awesome! SO I feel totally pumped and encouraged after today. Thought I would share.

Most valuable and important resouce
RE/MAX Real Estate Centre's 90 Day to Success program is, in my opinion, one of the most valuable and important resources a new agent can take advantage of. I found the biggest problem I had when I first started, was I had no idea what I should be doing. I was focusing on getting a website built, getting social media planned, and many other "keep busy tasks". This training program focuses on the important things, the things that will actually help you generate income. Before starting the program I had O buyer clients and O seller clients. However, since starting the 90-day program in September so far I have been able to get 2 new listings at a 5% commission and get 5 different BRA's signed. This was all thanks to everything I learned in 90 Day program and going out and applying it in the real world. The best part about this program is, that whenever I left the weekly Tuesday training session, I was excited to go out there and try what l've learned!
